For Australian businesses that invoice on account

We get you paid.

Keep your cash flow steady without the uncomfortable follow-ups. As your dedicated offshore accounting team, we manage your accounts receivable professionally under your brand name, so invoices get paid on time while you focus on scaling.

A laptop open on a kitchen table late at night 10:40pm, and the bank feed's still open.
The problem

Late payers are spending your money.

Your cash
You invoice on 30 days. Builders and big customers pay in 60, while your wages, suppliers and tax still go out on time. Your business ends up funding theirs.
The call you put off
You don't want to be the bad guy with a customer you like, so the call waits, and the invoice turns 60 days old.
The unfair bit
You shouldn't need a second job to collect money you've already earned.

Late payers don't pay the best supplier first. They pay the one who rings.

Big businesses took 64 days to pay 95% of their small-business invoices in the first half of 2025, up from 58.

What you get

What changes when you stop chasing.

Chasing and bills come with Growth and Scale. Clean books come with every package.

Cash in sooner

We send your invoices on time and ring the slow payers until they name a date, so the money you've earned stops sitting in someone else's account.

Bills paid right

Every supplier bill checked before it's paid. Double charges and quiet price rises are held and queried before your money goes.

Books ready, any day

Xero or MYOB kept current, so your accountant gets clean books when they ask and you keep your weekend.

Your guide

We know asking for money is the worst part of the job.

You like your customers. You don't want to be the one ringing about a bill, and there's always a job that matters more today. That's exactly the call we make for you.

  • Accounts officers employed by WorkAid in Manila, not freelancers, and fluent in English
  • Two-plus years on Australian books
  • Working Sydney business hours, so we call while your customers are at their desks
  • Quality reviews led by a certified public accountant with 20 years of experience
The plan

Getting paid takes three steps.

  1. Get your fixed price

Tell us roughly how many invoices and bills you handle. We reply in writing with one fixed monthly price. No sales call.

  2. Approve the wording

We write your reminders and call script in your voice. Change anything you like, and tell us who's off-limits.

  3. Get paid

On Growth or Scale we start chasing in your name. Each week you see who's paying and when.

Our promise to you

  • You approve the words we use in your name.
  • You release every payment from your own bank. We never hold your money.
  • Your Xero or MYOB stays in your name, under your logins.
In short

We're an extension of your team.

You started a business to do the work you're good at, not to run an accounts office from the kitchen table after dinner.

So we take that office off your hands. We do the books, we do the invoicing and we do the chasing, all in your business's name and in words you've approved. Every package keeps your books current; invoicing and chasing come with Growth and Scale. You get on with the work, and the money comes in behind you.

See your accounts team at work, any time.

Who's on your file, a direct line to them, and how each month went, in one client portal you can open whenever you like.

A short film of the client portal. It opens on your team, then one professional's profile with their credentials and safeguards, a message to them and their reply, the leave they have booked and who covers it, and the month's service report.

What's at stake

Two ways next month can go.

You keep chasing

  • The 60-day invoice becomes 90, then a write-off.
  • Wages still go out on Thursday, paid or not.
  • Another weekend lost to the books before your accountant's deadline.
  • You still haven't made that call.

We do the chasing

  • More invoices paid on time, without you lifting the phone.
  • You know who owes what, and when they'll pay.
  • Good customers stay good customers.
  • No more catching up on the books at 10:40pm.

Who will my customers think they're dealing with?

Your accounts team. We email and call on your behalf, under your business name, in words you've approved. If anyone asks who we are, we tell them straight: we look after your accounts for you.

Can someone in Manila really talk to my customers?

Yes. They're WorkAid employees, not freelancers, they speak fluent English, and a CPA-led team reviews their work. They know what "30 days end of month" means, how an accounts payable office works and how to get a payment date out of one without getting anyone's back up.

Am I locked in?

No. There's no lock-in contract, and if you only need help once, we take on one-off projects too.

Who sees my Xero and my customer list?

Only your dedicated accountant and our quality manager.

What if my bookkeeper is away?

Our own staff cover them, so the calls, the bills and the weekly list carry on without you noticing.

What if a customer gets angry on the phone?

Our staff are professionally trained to handle difficult conversations and work them through to a resolution, politely and in your business's name.

Do you ever touch my money?

No. Customers keep paying straight into your account, the same as now, and you release every supplier payment yourself. WorkAid never holds a cent.

What about BAS and tax?

Your accountant or BAS agent still lodges them. We keep your books current, so they get up-to-date figures instead of a scramble in the last week of the quarter. No accountant yet? We work with a BAS agent and can introduce you.

How does billing work?

Monthly in advance, in Australian dollars. The one-off setup fee is A$500 to A$1,500. It sets everything up, brings your books up to date, and is paid with your first month.

How fast can you start?

Once your setup fee and first month have cleared, we write your reminders for you to approve and, on Growth and Scale, start chasing. We bring the books up to date alongside; how long that takes depends on how far behind they are, and we'll tell you when we quote.

Get paid for the work you've already done.

A few questions about your invoices and bills, then one fixed monthly price in writing. No sales call.
